Our Chocolates
Our confections are made from Belgian chocolate, marzipan, and domestic nuts
and dried fruits. Our marzipan has a lower sugar content than the sweet marzipans
typically used in Italy and around the mediterranean and has a much more pronounced
almond flavor. Most of our recipes are very traditional Danish recipes, or inspired
by traditional Danish recipes.
